What I shipped

  • Multi-store grocery platform. One API serves admin/POS (30+ employees), the customer app (100+ customers), and the delivery app (10+ partners).
  • JWT / OTP auth and store-level RBAC.
  • Dual sales: in-store POS and mobile orders, covering stock transfer, expiry, GST receipts, and cash reconciliation.
  • React + Electron POS with barcode checkout, thermal printing, and S3 auto-updates.
  • Location-based customer app (Expo) and delivery app (Capacitor) with photo + OTP proof.
  • Automated WebP variants on S3, FCM / WhatsApp / SMS alerts, and Telegram stock reports.

Result

  • Two marts run on this software today.
  • The Kirana Point app launched in one city.
  • Backend is built to scale with the stores, not against them.
